Millions of young people are struggling with mental health issues and most suffer in silence and don’t have a way to find a relief or safety valve to address the trauma. Teen Talks addresses this through yoga and mindful meditation.

CBS4 Miami joined us at one of the Teen Talk yoga sessions where Shante Haymoré-Kearney led the group in yoga and mindful meditation to help improve mental health. It’s not a singular solution, but it is a catalyst to change to ensure we give the youth more options and choices.
